The Maple Ridge Manors are government-subsidized housing for low-income seniors. Manor I and Manor II are both secured, 3 level apartment buildings equipped with 1 elevator. Manor I has 29 units and Manor II has 20 units.
The Maple Ridge Manors have a Resident Manager, Maintenance Staff, and a contracted janitor. The staff work under the administration of the Drumheller & District Seniors Foundation, CAO – Glenda Youngberg.
Each unit consists of a kitchen (fridge & stove), living room, bedroom, bathroom and a storage closet. Window coverings are provided. There is also a large shared storage room in each manor for the residents to use. There is a common area in each manor for the residents to use and enjoy.
30% of monthly income, a maximum of $600.00
